Ingredients- 450g (1lb) of pizza dough - 2 sausage (german wurst) - 2 oven potatoes (look the recipe here) - tomatoes sauce - 1 mozzarella - oregano

One hour before to cook the pizza, cook the potatoes in the oven following the recipe here, they can finish to cook with the pizza. |
Hold the left side of the dough with your left hand, and pull it outward with your right hand in a circular motion, rotating clockwise after each time. Repeat this movement among the perimeter of the circle. Never try to streach the center. |
Once the dough is about the same size of the tray pour the olive oil and the tomato sauce on the dough, paying attention to spread them on the crust. |
Cook in the oven for 15 min at 200°C (390F). If it becomes too dry add some olive oil. |
Boil for few min the german wurst, cut them in round pieces and spread them oover the pizza. Take the potatoes out of the oven. |
Add the potatoes over the pizza. Slice the mozzarella and add it on the top pf the pizza.. |
Add oregano on the top. Cook the pizza in the oven 200°C (390F) for 15 min. |
Always look in the oven to see if the pizza is not becoming too dry, add olive oil especially on the crust in case. Serve hot. |
