Pizza Dough

very simple recipe 30min recipe servings 4


- 500g of flour

- 250ml of water

- 7g of active dry yeast

- 3 tablespoons of olive oil

- 1 teaspoon of salt

- 1 teaspoon of sugar


Put the flour in a bowl. Melt 7g of dry yeast in 150ml of warm water and add it to the flour.

Add the rest of the water mixing with your hands. Add a tablespoon of salt and mix again.

Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and mix. Take the dough out of the bowl and knead it with your hands for about 20 min.

After 20 min, shape the dough into a ball and replace it in the bowl.

Cover the bowl with a dish cloth and leave it in a warm place to rise for at least 3 hours.
