Ingredients- 450g (1lb) of pizza dough - oven cooked red peppers and onions - black olives - tomato sauce - mozzarella - olive oil - oregano
|
Leave the dough covered in a bowl for at least 4-5 hours to rise. In a round oven tray put some flour and lay the dough on it. Add more flour if the dough is too wet. With your hands make it flat following the movements in the pictures. |
Hold the left side of the dough with your left hand, and pull it outward with your right hand in a circular motion, rotating clockwise after each time. Repeat this movement among the perimeter of the circle. Never try to streach the center. |
Once the dough is about the same size of the tray pour the olive oil and the tomato sauce on the dough, paying attention to spread them on the crust. |
Cook in the oven for 15 min at 200°C (390F). If it becomes too dry add some olive oil. |
After 15 min take the pizza out of the oven and add the vegetables (you can find the recipe for the oven vegetables here) and the black olives. |
Cut the mozzarella in thin slices and cover your pizza with them. Put more mozzarella on the crust than not in the center. Add oregano on the top. |
Cook for an other 10 min at 200°C (390F). Eat hot. If you like the pizza more crispy you can leave the pizza other 5-10 min as you like. If it looks too dry add some olive oil. |
