Temarizushi (ball sushi) is a ball-shaped sushi made by pressing rice and fish into a ball-shaped form by hand using a plastic wrap. It is quite easy to make and it's a good starting point for sushi beginners.
Ingredients- 1 cup of Japanese rice - sliced tuna - 1 tablespoon Sushi vinegar powdered

Bring the cooked rice and add 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar powder and mix. Prepare the plastic wrap on a flat surface. |
Put 1 slice of tuna on the plastic wrap. Wet your fingers with water, so the rice won't attach to your fingers. Take a small ball of rice and add it on the top of the tuna. |
Wrap it straight and make it ball shape. Press it a bit with your fingers. |
Open the plastic wrap. Serve cold. |
