Ingredients

- 1 celery root

- 1 and half apples

- 4 spoons of plain yogurt

- 150 ml of mayonnaise

- 50 g of walnuts

Peel the celery root, wash it and cut it in long and short slices.

Boil a pot of water and cook the celery root for 3 to 5 min.

Strain them from the water and use a kitchen cloth to make them dry. Peel the apples and cut them in slices as the celery root.

Put half of the walnuts in a mixer and chop them. In a bowl mix the yougurt with the mayonnaise (you can find the recipe of the mayonnaise here).

Add the celery root and the apples slices and mix them. Add the chopped walnuts and mix again. Break with your hands the other half of the walnuts and spread them on the top of the bowl. Serve cold.
