Ingredients- 5 chicken thighs and/or chicken legs - 1 lemon - rosemary

Put the chicken in a oven pan. Squeeze one lemon and add the juice in the pan. (if you have a big pan or if you have a lot of chicken and feel the juice is not enough, you can add half a glass of warm water). |
Spread rosmary on the top. Cover the pan and put it in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour. After one hour remove the cover of the pan. |
Cook for about 30 min more, turning the chicken to get it brown on both sides. The oven potatoes are a great side dish for this chicken (it takes the same time to cook them in the oven), you can find the recipe here. Serve hot. |
