Ingredients- 2 trout filet - lemon juice (half a lemon) - olive oil - bay leaves - salt and pepper - roasted potato (see the recipe here) |
Start to prepare the potatoes and cook them in the oven. Follow the recipe here. |
Add the bay leaves, 3 tablespoons of olive oil and salt and pepper. |
Once the potatoes are almost done and they need only to roast add the trout files in the oven. Cook in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until the fish is cooked but not dry. You can chek it after 10 minutes and with a spoon pour some of the juice on top of the files. |
Serve hot with some italian parsley and a slice of lemon. |
