Ingredients- hand full of berries - 1/2 cup of orange juice (1 orange) - 2 tablespoons of lemon juice (half lemon) - sugar (only if you think it's too bitter)

Squeeze half a lemon and one orange. In a pan pour the juices and an hand full of berries. |
Cook at medium-low heat fot 15 minutes, stirring constantly. |
It gets done when you have a berry cream. You can filter it using a colander to remove the berry seeds and extra peel. |
Use the reduction cold or warm as needed! (we used it, for example, on top of a Chocolate pot de creme, see the recipe here) |
