Amaretti and Peach Dessert

This is a super simple but super tasty desset. It's fast to make: it doesn't need any cooking/backing time. It's perfect for all seasons and you can keep all the ingredients at home for a long time, so you can make it last minute for your guest.

Ingredients

- 15oz (400g) of peaches in can

- 100g of amaretti biscuits

- 2 tablepoons of rhum

- whipped cream (look here the recipe)

In a serving cup crumble 5 amaretti biscuits with your hands. You can leave some bigger pieces, do not powder compleately them.

Add the peaches on top of the amaretti and then crumble one biscuit more on top. Add 2 tablespoons of peach juice and halh/one teaspoon of Rhum (as you like)

You should have the syrup that covers the amaretti crumbles. Leave the servings to rest in the refrigerator for at least 10 min, so the amamretti will become soft.

You can serve it whit whipped cream (look here the recipe) or with a spoon of vanilla icecream. Serve cold.
