This is a super simple but super tasty desset. It's fast to make: it doesn't need any cooking/backing time. It's perfect for all seasons and you can keep all the ingredients at home for a long time, so you can make it last minute for your guest.
Ingredients- 15oz (400g) of peaches in can - 100g of amaretti biscuits - 2 tablepoons of rhum - whipped cream (look here the recipe) |
In a serving cup crumble 5 amaretti biscuits with your hands. You can leave some bigger pieces, do not powder compleately them. |
Add the peaches on top of the amaretti and then crumble one biscuit more on top. Add 2 tablespoons of peach juice and halh/one teaspoon of Rhum (as you like) |
You should have the syrup that covers the amaretti crumbles. Leave the servings to rest in the refrigerator for at least 10 min, so the amamretti will become soft. |
You can serve it whit whipped cream (look here the recipe) or with a spoon of vanilla icecream. Serve cold. |
