Whipped Cream

Ingredients - 400ml of heavy whipping cream - 2 tblspoons of powdered sugar

In a bowl pour the whipping cream and start to whisk until whipped.

Add the powdered sugar and mix again. Taste it, you can add eventually more sugar. Keep refrigerated. Serve cold.
