Maddi's Eggs

Maddi is from a small town up in the Bergamo (Italy) hills. She suggested this fun recipe called "Uova a sorpresa" (Surprise eggs) that is perfect as appetizer and appealing for the littles ones!

Ingredients

- 4 eggs

- 1 tuna can

- 3 tablespoons of Mayonnaise (see recipe here)

- salt

Boil 4 eggs, let them cool and peel them.

In a bowl combine the tuna with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (see recipe here) until they are creamy.

Cut the eggs in half, take out the yolks and save them in a bowl.

Fill the eggs with the tuna cream, put them in a serving plate and top with the smashed yolks. (we used a potato-masher tool). Serve cold.
