Ingredients- 1 cup of arborio rice - 1 potato - 750ml of broth - italian parsley |
Slice the potato, and add it in a pot with the broth. Warm it up to boil the broth. |
When the broth is boiling add a cup of rice and cook for 15 min until the rice is cooked. |
Wash the parsley and chop it. Add it in the bowl just before to serve the soup. |
Serve hot. |
