Ingredients- 1 cauliflower - broccoli - green peas - boiling water - soup stock - 1 shallot - 2 garlic cloves - short pasta (optional) - olive oil - oregano, rosemary, salt and pepper

Put some water to boil in a pot. In an other pot warm up some olive oil and add diced shallot. Chop the garlic cloves and add them in the pot. |
Stir until they become golden and soft. Chop the cauliflower in small pieces and add them in the pot. Stir. |
Chop the broccoli and add them in the pot, stiring. Wash some green peas and add them in the pot. |
Stir everything and add the spices to taste: salt, pepper |
Rosemary and oregano. Add soup stock and the boiling water to cover the vegetables. |
Cook for 20 min until the vegetagles are cooked. |
If you like you can cook some orzo pasta and strain it al dente. |
Serve with or without pasta and 1 teaspoon of fresh olive oil. Serve warm. |
