Ingredients- 1 round cucumber - olive oil - salt and pepper

Choose a fresh, ripe, round cucumber. Peel it and slice it thin. Add it into a bowl and add salt and pepper taste. |
Add some extra vergin olive oil and mix, also with your hands if you like! |
Serve cold. |
