Ingredients- 4 slices of bread - 1 mozzarella - 2 eggs - salt

Beat the eggs (add salt to taste and, if you like, 2 tablespoons of milk so they will get more liquid), soak the bread slices on both sides. |
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a non-stick pan and place 2 slices of egg-soaked bread. Let them cook at medium heat for a few min. Flp them over and add mozzarella slices on top of one of the slices. |
Cover the mozzarella with the other slice and cook for few min until both sides of the bread are golden brown and the mozzarella melts inside. Repeat the process for the other serving. Serve hot. |
