Ingredients

- 4 potatoes

- 200ml milk

- 30g of butter

- 1 yolk

- nutmeg

- salt and pepper

Boil 4 potatoes (800g/1kg more or less) for 45 min until they are cooked and soft. Peel them.

In a bowl place butter and milk and warm them up in the microwave, until the butter is melted.

Add the spices: ground nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.

Using a potato masher mash the potatoes on top of the milk. If you dont have this tool you can mash the potatoes with a fork in an other bowl and then mix them with the milk.

Add one yolk. Mix until everthing is incorporated until it gets dense and creamy. Add more milk if needed. Serve warm.
