Ingredients- 4 potatoes - 200ml milk - 30g of butter - 1 yolk - nutmeg - salt and pepper

Boil 4 potatoes (800g/1kg more or less) for 45 min until they are cooked and soft. Peel them. |
In a bowl place butter and milk and warm them up in the microwave, until the butter is melted. |
Add the spices: ground nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste. |
Using a potato masher mash the potatoes on top of the milk. If you dont have this tool you can mash the potatoes with a fork in an other bowl and then mix them with the milk. |
Add one yolk. Mix until everthing is incorporated until it gets dense and creamy. Add more milk if needed. Serve warm. |
