Green Beans with Bread Crumbs

Ingredients

- 300g of green beans

- 100g of bread crumbs

- 50g of butter

- 2-3 garlic cloves

 

Cut the green beans into 4cm pieces. Put them in a pot with water and boil them for 15-20 min.

Strain the green beans. Smash the garlic cloves. Melt the butter in a pan.

Fry the garlic in the butter for a few min and then add the green beans. Cook them for 5 min in the pan.

Help you with a kitchen tool to take out the green beans, saving the butter in the pan. Add the bread crumbs and mix them with the butter.

When the bread crumbs are toasted, add the green beans. Mix for a few min and then serve them warm.
