Ingredients- 6 yellow bell peppers - 1 fresh italian sausage - 1 garlic clove - fresh rosemery

Clean the bell peppers taking out the seeds and the white parts. Grill them both sides on a grill pan. Set aside. |
In a pan saute some olive oil with minced rosemary and garlic. |
Add the sausage in small pieces and let it cook for few minutes. Serve on top of the bell peppers. Serve warm. |
