Ingredients- 4 potatoes - 1 red beet - 1 shallot (or 1/2 red onion) - 3 tablespoon of creme fraiche (or soure cream) - 3 tablespoon of white yougurt - salt |
Boil 4 potatoes, make them cool and cut them in small pieces and put them in a bowl. Boil the beet, make it cool and cut it in small pieces. |
Mix the beet in the bowl. Cut the shallot really thin and add it into the bowl. |
Mix the creme fraiche with the yogurt and add it to the bowl. Add salt to taste and mix everything. Keep in the refrigerator for half an hour. Serve cold. |
