Ingredients- 15g Dried hijiki (a kind of seeweed) - 1/3 Carrot - 1 Shitake mushroom - 100g Cooked soybeans - 4 tblspoons Water - 3 tblspoons Sake - 1 1/2 tblspoon Soy sauce - 1 tblspoon Sugar - a pinch of Salt - 1/4 teaspoon Soup stock powder - 1 tblspoon Sesame oil |
Put dried hijiki in a bowl and cover with water. |
Leave it in the water for for 20min. Dried hijiki absorbs water, and it becomes 10 times volume. |
Cut the vegetables. Put some oil in the pot and warm it up at medium heat. |
Strain hijiki and add it with the vegetables in the pot. Stir fry for 1min. Add sugar, salt, soup stock powder |
water, sake, soy sause in the pot. |
Add cooked beans and simmer 6 for 10min. |
Serve in plate with some cooking sauce on top. Serve warm. |
