It's Autumn menu, persimmon season is now! It's a delicious, easy and quick recipe :)
Ingredients- 10cm Daikon radish - 2 Persimmons - 2 Shiso leaf - 2tbl Mayonnaise - Salt and Pepper |
Slice daikon radish and put it in a bowl, sprinkle 1tsp salt on top and leave it rest for 15min. |
Slice persimmons, chop shiso leaves |
Remove water from the daikon radish. Add the persimmons and the maionnaise in the bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. |
Mix everything, add the shiso leaves. Serve cold. |
