Ingredients- 1 cup of long grain rice - oil for frying - 2 cups of water - 1/2 teaspoon of salt - 1 large onion - 50g sliced almonds - 50g of chopped raisins - 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
Toast the rice for a few minutes in a dry pan, add water and salt and bring to a boil. |
Cook covered for 20 min, then leave covered with no heat for 10 min. Spread in oven pan. Fry onions.

Add the onions to the rice. Chop the almonds. |
Roast the almonds and, when they are almost ready, add the raisins. Add to the rice. |
Put the chicken bouillon and pepper in the rice pan and mix them. |
Cover it with aluminum foil and cook in the oven at 180°C (370F) for 25 min without taking off the cover. Serve Warm. |
