Ingredients- 125g/4oz plain flour - a pinch of salt - 55g/2oz butter - 30-45ml/2-3 tbsp cold water |
In a bowl add the flour and a pinch of salt. Chop the butter in small cubes. |
Add the butter in the bowl and mix it with the flour with a mixer until you don't have big pieces of butter. |
Add slowly the water and with your hands make a dough ball. Wrap it and leave it in the refrigerator 15 to 30 min before to use. |
