Ingredients

- 200g of tagliatelle pasta

- 50g gratered parmesan

- 50g italian parsley

- 150g mushrooms** (champinion, shiitake)

- 1/4 onion or shallot

- salt and pepper

 

**If you can get porcini mushrooms it would be awesome!

Dice really thing the onion and sweat it in a pan with a couple of spoon of olive oil. Wash your mushrooms and slice them thin.

Once the onion is golden add the mushrooms and stir. Add the italian parsley and stir.

Cook for 5 min stiring constantly. Add the whipping cream and stir, turn the heat off and let it rest. Grater the parmesan.

Cook the tagliatelle. Boil a pot of water, and add salt.

Cook the tagliatelle. Usually tagliatelle is an egg pasta, so look carefully the time of cooking on your package, usually they cook really fast (about 4/5 minutes). Strain them and put them in the pan with the mushrooms.
