Ingredients- 200g of tagliatelle pasta Look the recipe to make it at home! - 150ml whipping cream - 50g gratered parmesan - 50g italian parsley - 150g mushrooms** (champinion, shiitake) - 1/4 onion or shallot - salt and pepper
**If you can get porcini mushrooms it would be awesome! |
Dice really thing the onion and sweat it in a pan with a couple of spoon of olive oil. Wash your mushrooms and slice them thin. |
Once the onion is golden add the mushrooms and stir. Add the italian parsley and stir. |
Cook for 5 min stiring constantly. Add the whipping cream and stir, turn the heat off and let it rest. Grater the parmesan. |
Cook the tagliatelle. Boil a pot of water, and add salt. |
Cook the tagliatelle. Usually tagliatelle is an egg pasta, so look carefully the time of cooking on your package, usually they cook really fast (about 4/5 minutes). Strain them and put them in the pan with the mushrooms. |
Add the parmesan and mix. Serve warm. |
