Ingredients- 180g orecchiette pasta (2 people) - 200ml of whipping cream - saffron powder - 3 tomatoes - oregano - grated parmesan |
Boil a pot of water, and add salt. |
In a pan add the whipping cream and melt the saffron on it. |
Wash 3 red tomatoes and dice them in small pieces. Weigh the pasta. |
When the water is boiling add the pasta and cook it. Strain it and put the pasta in the pot again. |
The whipping cream in the meanwhile should be less liquid and become a cream. Add the cream in the pot, add the parmesan and stir. |
Serve the pasta and in the plate add on the top the diced tomatoes and the oregano. Serve hot. |
