Ingredients- 180g orecchiette pasta (2 people) - 150 g mushrooms - 1 cup petite peas - whipping cream - italian parsley - 1/4 red onion - salt

Boil a pot of water, and add salt. |
In the meanwhile chop the onion and cook it in a pan with a little bit of olive oil. Slice the mushrooms and add them in the pan. Add the italian parsley. |
Cook the mushrooms for 15 min, then put them in a mixer. |
Chop the mushrooms in the mixer. In the same pan of the mushrooms add a bit of olive oil and cook the peas for about 5-10 min. Add the chopped mushrooms in the pan and mix. |
Add the whipping cream and keep it warm. Weigh the pasta and cook it in the boiling water. Strain it "al dente". |
Add the pasta in the pan and mix it with the sauce. Serve it hot. |
