- 1/4 red onion

Boil a pot of water, and add salt.

In the meanwhile chop the onion and cook it in a pan with a little bit of olive oil. Slice the mushrooms and add them in the pan. Add the italian parsley.

Cook the mushrooms for 15 min, then put them in a mixer.
