Ingredients- 180g of penne pasta - 10 asparagus - 20 cherry tomatoes - 1/4 red onion - whipping cream - Parmesan - salt

Boil a pot of water, and add salt. |
In the meanwhile chop the onion and cook it in a pan with a little bit of olive oil. Chop the asparagus and add it into the pan. Cook for about 5 min. |
Cut in half the cherry tomatoes and add them into the pan. Add salt to taste. Cook everything for 10 min. |
When the asparagus are cooked (but still crunchy. Do not overcook them!) add the whipping cream. Weigh the pasta and add it in the boiling water. |
Strain when cooked "al dente" and add the pasta to the pan. |
Mix the pasta with the sauce and serve it hot. Add Parmesan on the top if you like it! |
