Ingredients- 450g pasta - 2 broccoli heads - 2 garlic cloves - black olives - 200ml of tomato sauce - chili pepper - parmesan

Steam cook the broccoli and cut them in small pieces (it should take about 30 min). Save some broccoli to decorate the pasta later. |
In a pan heat some oil and fry a bit the garlic cloves. Dice the black olives and add them in the pot. |
Add the broccoli and mix. Add the tomato sauce and chili pepper to taste. |
Cook the pasta. Boil a pot of water, put the salt and your pasta. |
Strain the pasta when it's "al dente". In an oven pan mix the pasta with the broccoli sauce. |
On top of the pasta add the broccoli heads. Grate the parmesan. |
Add the cheese on top of the pasta. Broil in the oven 5 to 10 min (according to your oven, the cheese should be tanned but not burned!) |
Serve warm. |
