Ingredients- 200g of soba noodles (4 people) - shrimp tempura (find the recipe here)
Broth for noodles- 1,5 l of water - 1 tablespoon of soup stock - 1 teaspoon of sugar - 6 tablespoons of soy sauce - 1 teaspoon of sweet sake

Boil some water in a pot. Weight 200g of noodles. |
Add the noodles in the pot and let them cook for 5 min. Strain them and rinse with cold water to get rid of the flour. |
Divide the noodles in small goups. |
Make the broth: boil 1.5 liters of water and make the broth adding: 1 tablespoon of soup stock, 1 teaspoon of sugar, |
6 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sweet sake. |
To serve: add some broth in a soup bowl, add 2 portion of noodles. On the top you can put your favourite pieces of tempura. Look here for the recipe. Seve Hot. |
