Ingredients (2 people)- Udon 2packs - 1/2 carrot - 1/4 onion - sliced meat (pork, chicken, turkey) - 1 tablespoon soy source - 1 tablespoon sake - 1 tablespoon fish soup powder - 1 tablespoon sugar - 1 teaspoon salt - pepper |
Slice carrots, cut the meat and slic thee onion. |
Put everything in a pan and fry until vegetables are cooked. |
Add the nuddles and mix. Add: 1 tablespoon of sake, 1 tablespoon of soy source, 1 tablespoon of fish soup powder. Recommend put sake first to prevent udon sticking to the pan. |
Add: 1 tablespoon of fish soup powder, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tea of spoon salt and a bit of pepper. Mix everything and fry few min more. |
Serve warm. Spread on the top some dry fish soup stock. |
