- 1 chicken breast (sliced)

- 8 speck slices

- 1 shallot

- 1 half glass of white whine

- 2 tablespoons of flours

- butter or olive oil

- sage leaves

- toothpick

If you have a whole chicken breast, slice it in really thin slices. We prefer to slice it at home since the one is already sliced at the grocery store is too thick. The slices should be 2-3 mm thick.

In a pot sweat the shallot (diced) with some butter or 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the chicken and cook both side few minutes at medium heat.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Turn the heat to high and add half a glass of white wine and let it evaporate.
