Ingredients- 2 pork filets - 400-500 ml milk - 3 tablespoons butter - 2 tablespoons olive oil - 6 leaves sage - salt and pepper - 1 piece of garlic (optional) - 1/2 spoon flour |
Let's start by rolling the meat into the olive oil with the garlic, the sage |
and a pinch of salt and pepper. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes. |
After the 15 minutes take the herbs and the garlic out the meat. Put 2 of the butter spoons in a pan and then add the meat and roast it well on both sides. |
Now take the milk out the fridge and after about 10 minutes add the milk and cover the pan. Make sure the meat is always in the milk. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes. |
Add the rest of the butter and the flour to the milk and mix well. |
Cook for a little while until the sauce gets tick, add salt and pepper and serve. Serve warm. |
