- 600 g ground beef

- 1 egg - parsley

- Salt and pepper

- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 2 regular red peppers (8 sweet mini peppers)

- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped

- 6 tablespoons ketchup (or tomato paste)

- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

- 4 tablespoons brown sugar

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce

- Boiling water as needed
