Ingredients- 450 g of sliced chicken breast - 2 eggs - flour - 1 shallot (or 1/2 red onion) - 1/2 glass of Marsala wine - olive oil - salt

Slice the chicken breast into thin pieces. In a bowl, mix the eggs with a fork. Deep the chicken into the eggs and dredge it with flour. |
In a pan, sweat (low heat) the chopped onion with 2 spoons of olive oil. When the onion looks golden brown, put the chicken in the pan. Leave it cook for a few min (medium heat). |
Flip the chicken to cook the other side. Add more olive oil if the chicken gets too dry. When it gets golden brown, add the Marsala wine in the pan and cook both sides for 2 mins (medium-high heat). |
Serve hot. |
