This recipe is originally from Rome, Italy. It's called Pollo alla Romana, and it's a tipical summer dish. It's super simple to cook but really tasty. You can add marjoram if you like it. There are several version of this recipe, some also have bacon or prosciutto.

- 4 chicken thighs

- 2 bell peppers

- 4 roma tomatoes
(If you don't have fresh tomatoes you can use 1 can of diced tomato)

- 1 glass of white wine

- 2-3 garlic cloves

- salt pepper

- olive oil

In a pan warm up some olive oil with the garlic cloves. Place the chicken thighs and let them cook a little bit for 2 min each side. Then add one glass of white wine.

Let the wine evaporate, flipping one time the chicken thighs. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the bell peppers in thin and long slices.
