Ingredients- chicken breast or boneless chicken thighs - 15 broccoli heads (200g) - 1 orange - 5 tablespoons of soy sauce - 1 red onion - salt and pepper - olive oil Another way to enjoy this skewers is using turkey breast instead of the chicken :-) |
Steam cook a bit the broccoli to make them tener. |
Cut the chicken breast and put it in a bowl. Sqeeze the orange and pour the juice over the chicken. Add 5 tablespoons of soy sauce. |
Mix the sauce and add the broccoli. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate 30 minutes in the refrigerator. |
Chop the onion in big slices. Make the skewers alternating a piece of chicken, a piece of onion and a broccoli. Save the marinating sauce. |
In an oven pan pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil and place the skewers. Pour the marinating sauce over the skewers. |
Cook in the oven at 180°C (350F) for 15 minutes. Then turn them upside down and cook another 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. |
Be sure the meat is cooked and serve warm! |
