Chicken Schnitzel

- 4 chicken breast slices

- 1 egg

- rosemary

- bread crumbs

- lemon to garnish


If you don't have the breast sliced, slice it. Depending on how you like, they can be either thin or thick. Adjust the cooking time with the thickness of your chicken.

Beat the egg in a plate and add a pinch of salt and rosemary.

Soak the chicken slices in the eggs. Place the bread crumbs in a paper sheet or in a plate and bread the chicken on both sides.

Heat some olive oil in a pan.

Cook the chicken on both sides until the meat is cooked. Keep the fire at medium-low heat to have a tender meat.

Serve warm with a lemon slice on top.
