Ingredients- 6 chicken legs - 2 white potatoes - 1 sweet potato - 1 onion - 2 garlic cloves - 200g of mushrooms - 1 glass of white wine - eventually some broth - rosemary, oregano, salt and pepper

In a pot heat 3 tablespoons of oilve oil. Peel and cut in small pieces the white potatoes, add them into the pot. Peel and cut the sweet potato and add it in the pot. |
Chop the onion and add it into the pot. Add 2 garlic cloves. Wash and cut in half the mushrooms. |
Add the mushrooms into the pot. Mix everything. Add the chicken legs, covering them with the vegetables. Add the spices: oregano |
rosemary and salt and pepper to taste. |
At medium/high heat, add a glass of white wine and stir. Cover the pot. |
Cook for 45 min at medium heat. Open the pot to stir once every while. If you like more sauce or if it looks too dry add half a glass of hot water with soup stock. |
After 45 min, open the pot and finish to cook for another 5-10 min without the cover. |
Serve hot. Good with basmati rice. |
