Ingredients- 150g tofu (silken or firm) - 150g chicken mincemeat - 1/2 onion, diced - 1/2 egg - 4 tablespoons bread crumbs (panko) - 1/2 teaspoon salt - 2 teaspoons soy sauce - shiso leaves - paper towel

Remove water from tofu. Cover tofu with paper towel, put it in the refrigerator for at least one hour. |
In a bowl mix: 1/2 onion, diced, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons soy sauce |
1/2 egg, 4 tablespoons bread crumbs (panko), 150g chicken mincemeat and the tofu. |
Make 2 burgers and pan fry them both side until they are well done cooked. You don't want to eat chicken rare. Eat with your favorite sauce (Teriyaki sauce is good for it). Serve warm with with shiso leaves chopped on top. |
