Ingredients- 15cm lotus roots - 150g ground meat (turkey, chicken, pork) - 10cm of green onion - 2 shiso leaves - ginger - 1 tablespoon of soy souce - 1 tablespoon of Sake - potato starch |
Chop green onion, shiso leaves and ginger. |
Put meat in a bowl and knead it. Add green onions, shiso leaves and ginger in the bowl. |
Add 1 tablespoon of soy souce and 1 tablespoon of sake and mix everything. |
Slice lotus root, put them in potato starch. |
Spread the meat mix on a slice of lotus root, put another slice on the top. Make a sandwich! |
Fry on the pan with oil 5-10min per each side. Serve warm. |
