- 2 shiso leaves

- ginger

- 1 tablespoon of soy souce

- 1 tablespoon of Sake

- potato starch

Chop green onion, shiso leaves and ginger.

Put meat in a bowl and knead it. Add green onions, shiso leaves and ginger in the bowl.
