Ingredients- ground meat 1lb (this time we used turkey) - green onion 10cm - 2 shiso leafs - 1 egg - ginger 1 cube(2cm×2cm) - 1tbs soy sauce - salt and pepper - (usually I add 1 tbs of sesami oil)

Cut really thin the shiso leafs and greens onions. Grater some ginger. |
In a bowl mix the ground turkey, one egg, shiso leafs, green onions, ginger, soy sauce and some salt and pepper to taste. |
Wash your hand. Take some meat with one hand and with the other put the wood stick in the middle. Grill them in a non-stick pan, oil is not necessary but you can add one tablespoon of vegetable oil if they stick too much to the pot. Turn them few times until the chicken is cooked and they are tanned on both sides. |
Serve warm. |
