You don't need any special skill for this recipe, you just need time. This final sauce is good also for other dished. Example: hot vegetable, chicken steak and fish steak.
Ingredients- 500g pork (leg) - 1 onion - 100ml sake - 100ml soy sauce - 3tbl sugar - 700ml water (it could depend on your pot. You need to cover the meat with the water.) - green onion (for decolation) - red chili pepper (if you want it spicy) |
Prepare your meat in a net. Dice the onion and place it in a pan. |
Add the meat and cover it with the water. |
Add the soy sauce, the sake and the sugar. Bring to boil. |
If you like spicy food, add the red chili peppers in the broth. Keep cooking it for 1 hour. After an hour remove the meat. |
Before eating, boil the sauce untill the amount become 1/3 - 1/2. Chop the green onions. |
Slice the meat. |
Serve it warm with the sauce and some green onions on top. |
