Ingredients- 3 small green bell peppers (sweet ones) (1 american size is enough!) - 2-3 small eggplant - 100g Pork - 5 Shiso leaves - 1 table spoon Miso - 2 Table spoons Sake - 1 table spoon Sugar - 1 teaspoon Fish soup stock powder |
Wash and chop the eggplants and the green bell peppers. |
Prepare the sauce: mix miso paste, sake and sugar. |
Pour 1 table spoon of oil in the hot panand fry the pork. |
Add eggplants |
and green peppesr. Add fish soup stock powder |
Add Miso mixture. Chop the shiso leaves and add them. |
Serve warm. |
