Ingredients- 5 chicken thighs and/or chicken legs - 2 sweet potato - 2 carrots - 1 onions - 2 garlic cloves
Sauce:- 4 table spoons of olive oil - 3 table spoons of soy sauce - 3 table spoons of sweet chili - 3 table spoons of honey - Salt, pepper, - warm water - fresh rosemary if you like |
Wash and peel the vegatebles. Cut the sweet potatoes and put them in a oven pan. Cut the white potato and add it in the pan. |
Cut the carots and the onions and add them in the pan. Add the whole garlic cloves. |
Put the chicken legs (and/or thighs) in the pan and cover them with the vegetables. |
Make the sauce: 4 table spoons of olive oil, 3 table spoons of soy sauce, 3 table spoons of sweet chili |
3 table spoons of honey, salt, pepper and a little bit of warm water (about 50ml). Mix the sauce. |
Pour the sauce in the pan, spreading it around. Add fresh rosemary if you like. |
Cover the pan and put it in the oven 180°C (370F) for 1 hour. After one hour open the cover and keep the pan in the oven. |
Cook for approximately 30 minutes (or when the chicken is well tanned) flipping the pieces so that they get a nice color on all sides. Serve hot. |
