Anat's Chicken

- 5 chicken thighs and/or chicken legs
- 1 potatoes

- 2 sweet potato

- 2 carrots

- 1 onions

- 2 garlic cloves



- 4 table spoons of olive oil

- 3 table spoons of soy sauce

- 3 table spoons of sweet chili

- 3 table spoons of honey

- Salt, pepper,

- warm water

- fresh rosemary if you like

Wash and peel the vegatebles. Cut the sweet potatoes and put them in a oven pan. Cut the white potato and add it in the pan.

Cut the carots and the onions and add them in the pan. Add the whole garlic cloves.

Put the chicken legs (and/or thighs) in the pan and cover them with the vegetables.

Make the sauce: 4 table spoons of olive oil, 3 table spoons of soy sauce, 3 table spoons of sweet chili

3 table spoons of honey, salt, pepper and a little bit of warm water (about 50ml). Mix the sauce.

Pour the sauce in the pan, spreading it around. Add fresh rosemary if you like.

Cover the pan and put it in the oven 180°C (370F) for 1 hour. After one hour open the cover and keep the pan in the oven.

Cook for approximately 30 minutes (or when the chicken is well tanned) flipping the pieces so that they get a nice color on all sides. Serve hot.
