Ingredients- 12 scallpos, cleaned - 6 scallop shells - fresh thyme - 1 lemon - butter - olive oil - ground pepper

Place 2 clean scallops for each shell. Slice a lemon and cut in quarters. Add one lemon quarter for each shell. |
Add some thyme leaves, a dab of butter, |
1 teaspoon of olive oil and pepper to taste. |
Cook in the oven at 200C (400F) for about 10 minutes, until the butter starts to caramelize. Serve warm. |
