Ingredients- 1 octopus (already cleaned) - 2 spoons of finely cut parsley - 120 gr old bread (or bread crumbs) - 2 garlic cloves - 4 anchovies - salt and pepper |
Wash the octopus under cold water and cut it in pieces. Put it in the mixer and mix it finely. Put it in a bowl. |
Cut the parsley and the garlic and add them to the octopus. |
Now cut the anchovies really fine and add them together with the bread to the bowl. Add salt and pepper and eventually some olive oil. |
Make small balls and bake them in a warm oven at 180°C (360F) for 45-50 minutes. |
Serve warm. |
