Ingredients

- 1 octopus (already cleaned)

- 2 spoons of finely cut parsley

- 120 gr old bread (or bread crumbs)

- 2 garlic cloves

- 4 anchovies

- salt and pepper

Wash the octopus under cold water and cut it in pieces. Put it in the mixer and mix it finely. Put it in a bowl.

Cut the parsley and the garlic and add them to the octopus.

Now cut the anchovies really fine and add them together with the bread to the bowl. Add salt and pepper and eventually some olive oil.

Make small balls and bake them in a warm oven at 180°C (360F) for 45-50 minutes.
