Ingredients- 250g Sablefish - 3 tblspoons of water - 2 tblspoons of Sake - 2 tblspoons of soy sauce - 1 tblspoon of sugar - 5 slices of ginger |
Peel and slice the ginger and put it in a pot with: water, |
sake, soy sauce, sugar and warm everything up at low heat. |
Add the sablefish in the pot and simmer 3min. |
Flip the fish and simmer other 3min. Serve warm. The day after this fish might be more even delicious. |
