Ingredients- 2-3 Salmon filet slices - Mushrooms - Butter 15g - Salt & Pepper - Soy sauce |
Wash and cut (if needed) the mushrooms. Prepare an alluminium foil sheet on a flat surface (one for each salmon slice). Put a slice of salmon on the hoil sheet. Put mushrooms over the salmon |
Add salt and pepper to taste. Put butter over the mushrooms. If you feel butter is too havy you can use 1 tablespoon of olive oil. |
Wrap the salmon and mushrooms not too tight. Put the packages in a pan with a little bit of water. Boil till salmon is cooked (about 15min). |
If you want, pour the soy sauce when you eat it. Serve warm. |
