- 2-3 Salmon filet slices

- Mushrooms

- Butter 15g

- Salt & Pepper

- Soy sauce

Wash and cut (if needed) the mushrooms. Prepare an alluminium foil sheet on a flat surface (one for each salmon slice). Put a slice of salmon on the hoil sheet. Put mushrooms over the salmon

Add salt and pepper to taste. Put butter over the mushrooms. If you feel butter is too havy you can use 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Wrap the salmon and mushrooms not too tight. Put the packages in a pan with a little bit of water. Boil till salmon is cooked (about 15min).

If you want, pour the soy sauce when you eat it. Serve warm.
