Ingredients- 15-20 cm Daikon radish - 1 Carrot - 3 pieces Fried fish cake - 1 teaspoon Fish soup stock powder - 2 table spoon Soy sauce - 3 table spoon Sake - 1 table spoon Sugar - Hot pepper powder: as much as you want |
Wash and peel the vegetables. Cut in slices and then in sticks the daikon radish. |

Cut in sticks the fish cakes. |
Pour 1 table spoon of sesame oil (if you don't have it you can use olive oil) in the hot pot. Start to fry the vegetables from the carrot. |
Add the daikon radish and the fish cakes. Continue to cook. |
Pour 3 tablespoons of sake. |
Add 2 table spoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon fish soup stock powder. |
Add 1 table spoon sugar. Simmer them by small fire (10-15min). |
Sprinkle hot pepper powder as you like. Serve warm. |
