Ingredients- 220g dark Chocolate - 100ml Milk - 2 Yolks - 4 Egg whites |
Boil the milk and melt chocolate. Mix both. |
Divide the yolks from the whites. Add the 2 yolks and mix. |
Whip egg whites until foam form. Add 1/3 off them to the chocolate preparation and whip. Then, gently add the rest of egg whites, with an up and down movement until incorporated. |
Keep the mousse in the fridge at least 2 hours before serving, and enjoy :-) Serve cold. |
