Ingredients

- 220g dark Chocolate

- 100ml Milk

- 2 Yolks

- 4 Egg whites

Boil the milk and melt chocolate. Mix both.

Divide the yolks from the whites. Add the 2 yolks and mix.

Whip egg whites until foam form. Add 1/3 off them to the chocolate preparation and whip. Then, gently add the rest of egg whites, with an up and down movement until incorporated.

Keep the mousse in the fridge at least 2 hours before serving, and enjoy :-) Serve cold.
